Duo Energico

Duo Energico are the classical guitarists Bettina Schaaf from Germany and Maria Souroulla from Cyprus. They met each other at 1992 at the Musikakademie Kassel, where they studied under the prestigious lectures Wolfgang Lendle and Michael Tröster. Soon after they founded their guitar duo and have given numerous concerts in Germany and abroad.

In their concerts sounds sensitive, narrative and spirited music and songs from Latin America, Spain and around the world.

The audience is captivated by the intense interpretations and the lively interaction of the two musicians.
